Our story
TrialsData was born out of our founders’ experience with clinical trials and clinical trial data analysis. We have a firsthand appreciation for how challenging it can be to track down key trial data, and we also know how burdensome it can be to conduct data analytics in house. We also understand that using a third party for data analytics removes bias and conflict of interest, and lends credibility to the results.
Due to these experiences, we founded Better Trials Data to specialize in using AI or code to facilitate the collection and/or interpretation of clinical trial data. Both options are typically more cost effective than manual searches or manual data analysis.

- Public records searches for data pertaining to patients lost to follow-up (e.g., finding dates of death to support OS metrics in oncology trials).
- Data analyses to support interim analyses, DSMB reviews, and topline trial results.
- AI-driven analyses to identify patient cohorts that demonstrated heightened or diminished therapeutic responses.

Security & compliance
We provide clients with a HIPAA-compliant portal for communicating and/or storing all PHI. All analytics conducted on our end are also performed in a HIPAA environment. All staff have received appropriate clinical research training.
